As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and seamless daily operation of our centers for our residents, their families, and our dedicated staff.

Main Missions

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure all building systems, utilities, and equipment remain fully functional and safe.
• Manage and maintain exterior grounds to guarantee a clean, welcoming, and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and manage service schedules and supply inventory.
• Control the department budget and maintain meticulous records for regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Support regulatory readiness by ensuring strict adherence to State and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency response protocols and the on-call rotation.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in maintenance management, specifically within a healthcare or long-term care facility setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and handle high-pressure situations.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude focused on high-quality service.
• Exceptional reliability and consistent attendance.
