Machine Operator

About the role

The Machine Operator I works on a fast‑paced production line, running continuous‑motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment. You will ensure product quality while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete quality check sheets as required.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust basic packaging and palletizing equipment.
• Perform product and package changeovers efficiently.
• Maintain ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards and keep the work area tidy.
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE and personal protective equipment requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Regular attendance and willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules.
• Physical ability to climb a 10‑12 ft ladder and lift moderate loads.
• Less than high‑school education or up to one month of related experience, or an equivalent combination.

Required skills

• Operating packaging and palletizing equipment.
• Troubleshooting basic industrial machinery.
• Using powered industrial equipment safely.
