Leasing Professional – Yardly Kelly Lane (Lease Up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Yardly Kelly Lane community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with company quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and move‑in inspections.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
