Leasing Professional – The Jamison

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Jamison community to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends as scheduled.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality resident service throughout the lease term.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
