Leasing Professional – Tanager Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Tanager community in Las Vegas. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through all phases of the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards through daily inspections.
