Leasing Professional – Residential Leasing

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a stabilized garden‑style community of 306 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate any needed maintenance to guarantee move‑in ready condition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track leads, applications and resident data.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in leasing or customer‑facing roles.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
