Leasing Professional – Render Manchester Farm

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Render Manchester Farm community to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This onsite role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience and lease signing, and assist with resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Support lease renewal efforts to retain existing residents and maintain high occupancy levels.

Required profile

• Ability to work onsite in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
