Leasing Professional – Marq on Martin

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Marq on Martin will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and lead apartment tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Deliver a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not required).
