Leasing Professional – Garden Community (Vue at the Ridge)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Vue at the Ridge, a 304‑unit garden‑style community. You will be responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or a related sales role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
