Leasing Professional – Gable House

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Gable House community. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high‑level resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Weekend availability required; standard Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems.
