Leasing Professional – Edgewater Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Edgewater community in Pflugerville, TX. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth resident move‑in.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, verify readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage prospect and resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality through daily inspections and adherence to company standards.

Required profile

• Ability to perform comprehensive leasing activities and manage resident move‑in processes.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using property management software for data tracking.
