About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join a stabilized, garden‑style community of 306 units in Santa Clara. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, greet and qualify prospective residents, and close lease agreements.
• Implement community marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and encourage lease renewals.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure smooth move‑in and move‑out processes.
• Track leasing metrics and report on performance against goals.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in customer‑facing or sales environments.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills
