Leasing Professional – Coventry Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Coventry Park will drive the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and schedule any necessary repairs.
• Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Experience in conducting property tours and presenting leasing options.
• Attention to detail for application processing, credit checks and lease preparation.
• Ability to inspect units, identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Commitment to delivering resident satisfaction and achieving renewal goals.
