Leasing Professional – Circle at Point Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Circle at Point Park community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospects.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
• Proficiency in using property‑management software to manage data and leasing workflows.
