Leasing Professional – Benbrook Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in, while also ensuring current residents enjoy a high level of service throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing experience with a focus on achieving occupancy targets.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and renewal initiatives for a residential community.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
