About the role

Bay Court at Harbour Pointe is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its on‑site team in Mukilteo, WA. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct tours, qualify applicants and process lease agreements for new tenants.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage lease renewal processes and negotiate terms to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
