Leasing Manager – Lantower West Love

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the marketing, advertising and leasing activities for the Lantower West Love community in Dallas. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through effective team leadership and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales efforts to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives while monitoring daily leasing activity.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure the property meets appearance and safety standards and prepare “ready” units for leasing.
• Generate and track traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Produce and review financial, traffic and closing‑ratio reports using the company’s property management software.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a leasing team and coordinate marketing and sales activities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
• Experience working with maintenance or operations teams to maintain property standards.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and move‑in processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and analytics.
