About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a new 573‑unit community in Burbank, California. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic marketing, pricing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, adjusting tactics to meet goals.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing leasing team, coordinating weekend availability as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and achieve occupancy targets.
• Strong background in property marketing and sales strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using Snappt for tenant screening.
• Familiarity with Funnel leasing platform.
