Leasing Manager – Bellrock La Frontera

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the Bellrock La Frontera community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Utilize property management software and technology platforms to generate leasing reports and communicate with prospects.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure community appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing ratio reports to assess performance and adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing community marketing, advertising, and leasing operations.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to lead and motivate leasing team members to achieve performance goals.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of property presentation.
