Leasing Consultant (Lease-Up)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join the Rise Nocatee community in Jacksonville. In this lease‑up position you will guide prospective residents from their first tour through move‑in, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct property tours, present floor plans, and answer resident inquiries.
• Coordinate leasing events and promotional activities.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and manage lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update leasing software.
• Collaborate with property management to support resident retention.

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
