Lease-Up Maintenance Technician

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Lease‑Up Maintenance Technician to support its Shoreline property in Seattle. The technician will ensure apartments and common areas are ready for new residents and maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other related duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
