Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing infant and toddler apparel brand. The role will support digital, print, web and packaging projects while collaborating with eCommerce, marketing and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce artwork for websites, email campaigns, paid and organic social media.
• Design branding, packaging, in‑store visuals and mailers.
• Work cross‑functionally with eCommerce, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Create original assets from photography, video and copy, and occasionally manage freelancers or agencies.
• Apply UX principles to improve web design and conduct A/B testing to refine visual strategies.
• Use Figma to design and deliver a variety of projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of graphic design experience in the apparel industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a fun, innovative aesthetic.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $65,000‑$80,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
• Hybrid office schedule.
