IT Program Manager

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead the delivery of digital platforms that support fundraising and donor engagement worldwide. This remote‑first position works at the intersection of technology delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and the organization’s humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery for multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives.
• Own the full lifecycle of enhancements, integrations, and new capability launches across donation, e‑commerce, website, CRM, data, email, and SMS platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuously improve delivery processes.
