iOS Mobile Software Engineer

About the role

Verily is seeking an iOS Mobile Software Engineer to own and evolve features of Verily Me, its patient‑facing health app. You will work closely with product, UX, testing, and compliance teams to deliver a best‑in‑class experience that supports chronic condition management and clinical research participation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, launch, and maintain critical user‑facing features in the iOS app.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with mobile, backend, and frontend engineering as well as UX, product, and quality teams.
• Align with Android engineers to ensure cross‑platform consistency and improve developer productivity.
• Define requirements, design mocks, and implement regulatory protocols with product and quality stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong CS fundamentals with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Native app development experience using Swift and SwiftUI.
