Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic, industry‑specific scenarios and examples for AI safety testing.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content and model outputs for risk, compliance, and policy edge cases.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines and attach structured metadata to each example.
• Document classification decisions, providing clear rationale for complex or borderline cases.
• Review work for quality, consistency, and realism, contributing expert feedback to improve safety classifiers.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in investment risk, forensic accounting, compliance, portfolio oversight, or financial investigations.
• Background in asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or forensic accounting organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to make operational, compliance, safety, legal, or policy decisions within the finance domain.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills, with the capacity to evaluate nuanced and ambiguous scenarios.
• U.S.-based professional.
