Inventory Analyst

About the role

Fibrebond by Eaton is looking for an Inventory Analyst to join its Minden, LA facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy, support production through effective material tracking, and drive continuous improvement through analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and review inventory variances.
• Analyze discrepancies, support corrective actions, and maintain records in EPICOR.
• Review and close jobs, tracking material usage and costs.
• Monitor and improve inventory processes, identify excess inventory, and support reporting.
• Prioritize work based on production needs and follow all safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or materials management within a warehouse environment.
• One year of experience using an ERP system.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.
• Residency within a 60‑mile radius of Minden, LA (military candidates exempt).
