About the role
The International Recruitment Graduate Assistant supports the University of Arkansas’s efforts to attract and enroll students from around the world. This 12‑month, fixed‑term position provides hands‑on experience in higher‑education recruitment while working closely with the International Admissions team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing international recruitment events, webinars, and campus visits.
- Maintain and update prospective student data in the Workday system.
- Prepare outreach materials, communications, and reports for senior staff.
- Coordinate travel logistics and visa support for prospective students and families.
- Provide administrative support for application processing and enrollment tracking.
Required profile
- Current graduate student enrolled at the University of Arkansas.
- Strong interest in international student recruitment and higher‑education operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Required skills
- Workday (experience with data entry and reporting).
