About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join a well‑established design studio in New York City. The studio focuses on high‑end hospitality and residential projects, delivering a distinctive aesthetic from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for hospitality and residential projects.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and consultants across all project phases.
• Prepare construction administration (CA) documents and oversee site work to ensure design intent.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with clients and leading hospitality brands.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on intricate hospitality or residential projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a collaborative studio environment.
• Commitment to a balanced work culture with hybrid scheduling and no expectation of overtime.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
