Interior Designer – Revit & FF&E Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our studio and lead design projects from concept through construction. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver innovative, high‑quality interior solutions, with a focus on FF&E sourcing in South Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space plans and detailed interior layouts.
• Create construction documentation and manage construction administration.
• Source, select and specify FF&E items, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.
• Produce 3D models, renderings and visual presentations using Revit, SketchUp and Adobe tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff and ensure project deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum three years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial codes and basic project fee structures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with SketchUp.
• Competence in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
