About the role
The Institutional Analyst will support the University of Arkansas by providing data‑driven insights and analytics that inform institutional decision‑making. This position works within the Institutional Analytics and Insights team to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze institutional data from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify analytics needs.
- Prepare presentations and written summaries for senior leadership.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with university policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, statistics, data science).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in a higher‑education environment is a plus.
