About the role

Harbar LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of its production equipment and facilities. This full‑time, onsite position in Boston, MA, focuses on performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive improvements while diagnosing technical issues to maximize operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and plant infrastructure to ensure continuous production.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Document maintenance activities and compliance records.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering (must be graduated).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Experience in the food sector is desirable.
• Valid work visa or eligibility to obtain one for the United States.
• Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA.

• Monthly salary between $98,000 and $100,000 USD.
