Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Rare Beauty is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape and execute its paid influencer strategy. You will lead day‑to‑day partnership management, drive brand awareness, support product launches, and grow the brand’s social voice through strategic collaborations and always‑on influencer programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated influencer marketing plans across paid, earned, product seeding, mailers, and events.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, from talent sourcing and outreach to negotiation, briefing, contracting, content approval, and performance reporting.
• Identify, vet, and secure macro‑ to micro‑influencers who align with brand values and campaign goals.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with creators and their representatives to maximize partnership value.
• Analyze program performance using platforms such as Tribe and CreatorIQ, delivering data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Co‑lead influencer mailer and seeding strategy, collaborating with PR, brand, creative, and quality teams.
• Oversee product forecasting and inventory management for influencer initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer marketing programs, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with influencer management platforms such as Tribe.
• Proficiency with creator analytics tools such as CreatorIQ.
