Infirmier Réanimation / USIP (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICU nurse to join the Reanimation/USIP team at the Protestant Hospital in Lyon. The position involves caring for post‑operative cardiac surgery patients in a fully computerized, high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care and ensure safety throughout the treatment pathway.
• Maintain continuity of care by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Handle administrative duties and support the organization of the unit.
• Train and mentor newly hired staff members.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects such as certification processes, hygiene initiatives, and pain management programs.

Required profile

• Qualified registered nurse with proven experience in intensive care or cardiac post‑operative units.
• Strong sense of ethics, teamwork, and rigor.
• Dynamic, compassionate and able to work both day and night shifts.
