Hospitality Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Manager leads a team of part‑time Hospitality Assistants to deliver on‑site hospitality services for touring artists. This role ensures that all hospitality requests are met efficiently, coordinating closely with production, finance and food & beverage teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule part‑time Hospitality Assistants.
• Review artist hospitality contracts and verify requirements.
• Coordinate with the Production Department to align hospitality delivery with show schedules.
• Work with Finance to manage buy‑outs, cash flow and budgeting for hospitality services.
• Liaise with the Food & Beverage Department to arrange backstage catering and related orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within touring or entertainment environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with production, finance and catering teams.
