Head of Marketing – Canada

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the launch of Bears with Benefits in Canada. Reporting to the North America General Manager, you will own acquisition and retention strategy, shape brand positioning and drive performance across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage the bilingual Canadian website (French & English), including content adaptation, conversion optimization and performance tracking.
• Define and execute the digital growth strategy across paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon, influencer marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee media and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and strong ROI.
• Build and manage retention and subscription programs, including loyalty initiatives and community engagement.
• Collaborate with US and European teams to maintain global brand consistency and share best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth and e‑commerce focused on the Canadian market.
• Hands‑on experience with acquisition and performance channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google and Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Native Canadian French and fluent English; authorized to work in the United States.
