Groundskeeper/Porter for Broadstone Ayrsley & Ayrsley Lofts

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of two residential communities in Charlotte, NC – Broadstone Ayrsley and Ayrsley Lofts. You will ensure that common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect both properties throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keep all common areas and amenities clean and free of trash.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as lawn mowing and leaf removal.
• Support the service team by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring safety standards.
• Work Monday‑Friday schedule across both sites.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and manage time across two locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Physical stamina for outdoor tasks and lifting.
