Graphic Artist

About the role

Ripon Athletic is looking for a Graphic Artist to join its production team and create high‑quality uniforms and jackets for youth athletics through professional sports. You will work in a clean, quiet, air‑conditioned facility located near Berlin, WI, and collaborate closely with teammates to bring customer designs to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout of catalogs and promotional materials.
• Create, modify, and finalize customer‑provided artwork for apparel.
• Develop sublimation designs and prepare files for production.
• Assist with production workflow and ensure accurate print output.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and be trained on company processes.
• Strong attendance record and ability to work well with others.
• Interest in sports apparel and graphic design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
