About the role

Rios Partners is seeking a Global Strategy Consultant for a short‑term, fully funded assignment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work with an international security organization undergoing a major transformation, helping to shape strategy, operations, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact, client‑centric projects for a security organization in a dynamic international setting.
• Structure ambiguous problems, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, multicultural teams to drive implementation of transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Top‑20 MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation, public‑sector advisory, or global affairs.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise‑level strategy, operating‑model design, or large‑scale transformation.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, high‑stakes, multicultural environments; willingness to sign a non‑disclosure agreement.
