Global Account Director, Entertainment

About the role

The Global Account Director, Entertainment will own the worldwide relationship with TikTok's largest Media & Entertainment partners. Working closely with regional sales teams, you will drive revenue growth, guide product adoption, and deliver strategic consulting to global brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular business reviews and build long‑term, consultative relationships with clients alongside Global and regional sales teams.
• Act as an external product consultant, educating agencies and brands on TikTok solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue units to meet organizational KPIs.
• Lead product update discussions, promote new and existing TikTok products, and advise on best practices to generate incremental business.
• Manage global reporting and analysis of spend, seasonality, bonuses, market participation, and saturation.
• Perform optimization analysis of product suite, rates, campaign volume, creative production, and market engagement.
• Share learnings and innovations across accounts and internal functions to foster best‑practice diffusion.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with extensive media and entertainment industry experience.
