Full‑Stack Software Engineer – Core Platform

About the role

Sprig is building an AI‑driven customer‑survey platform that lets product teams move from question to evidence in hours. As a Full‑Stack Engineer on the Core team, you will help shape the SDK, backend services, and React dashboard that power millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship publicly available client‑side SDKs used by millions of developers.
• Write high‑performance, scalable backend code handling thousands of requests per second.
• Build and maintain the React‑based dashboard for creating and managing studies.
• Coordinate SDK version releases and web‑app deployments across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and mentor cross‑functional engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade React applications that are customer‑facing.
• Track record of writing clean, maintainable, high‑quality code.
