About the role
We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, delivering professional assistance across phone, email and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints and service requests while maintaining high quality standards.
- Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and, when necessary, escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain detailed logs of all interactions and meet individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity and satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably within a BPO setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and internal ticketing systems.
