French Generalist Voice Actor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking native‑level French voice actors to help train cutting‑edge AI speech systems. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you record high‑quality audio and evaluate AI‑generated speech on your own schedule, without any prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear, expressive French audio using provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI‑generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, flow, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured feedback to improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own workload.

Required profile

• Full fluency in spoken French (native or near‑native).
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or similar audio work.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable space.
• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive, well‑articulated performances consistently.
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity.
• Detail‑oriented when evaluating speech quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs).
