Freight & Customs Specialist (Level 1)

About the role

We are looking for a Freight & Customs Specialist (Level 1) to join our logistics hub in Tangier. In this entry‑level position you will support the smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with customs procedures and accurate tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups, deliveries and cross‑dock operations.
• Monitor shipment status and keep tracking tools up‑to‑date.
• Assist carriers and consolidation centres with booking requests.
• Prepare daily or weekly shipment reports.
• Maintain data accuracy and traceability throughout the logistics process.

Required profile

• Education: minimum BAC+2.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
