Founding Partner – Capital, Growth & Investments

About the role

YOUNG is seeking a founder‑minded operator to build and lead its Capital, Growth & Investments function. You will shape the financing strategy, forge strategic partnerships, and drive growth across a fast‑expanding international ecosystem of hospitality, real estate, technology and community ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, building relationships with investors, family offices and strategic partners.
• Coordinate funding rounds, support debt financing, and identify new capital sources for portfolio ventures.
• Source and develop strategic partnerships, create growth opportunities, and open new markets.
• Design co‑investment and partnership structures to accelerate expansion.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assist with deal structuring, and manage due‑diligence processes.
• Maintain long‑term investor relations, organize updates, and strengthen YOUNG’s investment network.
