Financial Analyst, FP&A

About the role

Serena & Lily is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis to support its fast‑growing home‑furnishings brand. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will help business partners and executive leadership make timely, data‑driven decisions across retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to develop and maintain the company budget.
• Create and maintain dashboards for monthly financial packages presented to the Board of Directors and weekly internal meetings.
• Prepare and present cross‑functional analysis that highlights key trends and insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on financial key performance indicators.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or FP&A.
• Experience in the consumer retail or e‑commerce industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system, preferably with budgeting and planning modules.

What we offer

• Target base salary $105,000‑$125,000 per year.
