Field Recruiter for Restaurant Management

About the role
Wendy's is seeking a Field Recruiter to build and sustain a talent pipeline for its restaurant management team. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring managers and field HR business partners to fill Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager roles across assigned markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, schedule interviews, maintain the ATS, negotiate offers, and initiate background checks.
- Develop and nurture passive candidate pipelines and talent communities using recruiting platforms and social media.
- Build strong relationships with field leadership, including Directors of Area Operations, District Managers, and HR partners.
- Attend weekly HR and operations meetings to prioritize staffing needs and align execution.
- Research and implement cost‑effective sourcing strategies; support hiring events and job fairs as needed.
- Travel up to 15% to support field locations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with leadership teams.
- Strong networking, written and verbal communication skills.
- Results‑oriented with solid organization and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
- Business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in using social media and online recruiting platforms for talent sourcing.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range $63,000‑$107,000 annually.
- Office‑based work at the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH (minimum 4 days per week).
