Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative, physician‑led team in Tyler, Texas. The position offers a full‑time schedule focused on delivering high‑quality, community‑oriented care within a modern, AI‑enhanced clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, pediatricians, and APCs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Epic EMR system for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to a mission‑driven, faith‑based organization.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centered approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system.
