Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join one of Texas’ largest multispecialty groups as a full‑time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician in Athens, TX. Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialty providers across cardiology, orthopedics, vascular, pain management, podiatry, endocrinology, and sleep medicine.
• Utilize AI‑integrated documentation and decision‑support services to streamline workflows.
• Maintain accurate records in Epic for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in community health initiatives and uphold the organization’s faith‑based mission.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Full, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Willingness to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Experience using AI‑enabled clinical documentation tools.
