About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope‑Texarkana is seeking a non‑tenure‑track faculty member for its Construction Technology program within the Industrial Maintenance department. The position focuses on delivering high‑quality instruction and fostering student learning in line with the college’s philosophy and approved curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and practical training in construction technology according to established course outlines.
• Assess student learning outcomes and use assessment data to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the division dean and the Vice Chancellor for Academics to align teaching activities with college objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date course materials and stay current with industry developments.
