Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

Honda of Harvey is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service department. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maintain their vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately record service needs.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service requirements and act as a liaison between technicians and clients.
• Review service history and multi‑point inspection results, recommend appropriate services, and write/verify repair orders.
• Process manufacturer warranty claims and ensure warranty repairs meet specifications.
• Verify completed work, perform vehicle deliveries, and maintain strong product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and manufacturer certifications.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage and redirect customer frustrations effectively.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Technical certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
